Registration fee
The registration fee is 1600 PLN and includes:
- presentation of exactly one article during DYNKON conference and submission of this article to MATEC Web of Conference (indexed by Web Of Science). The details concerning the submission to MATEC will be available soon.
- participation in all scientific sessions of DYNKON 2019 and IPM 2019,
- conference materials,
- lunches and coffee breaks,
- half-day trip,
- conference dinner,
- bus transfer from Rzeszów train station and Rzeszów-Jasionka airport to the conference venue (before the conference) and back (after the conference).
The conference fee does not include:
- accommodation,
- breakfasts.
Other important information
One registration fee allows to submit to MATEC one article, an extra fee of 500 PLN allows the second submission. Please be aware that one can submit as an author or co-author up to two articles to MATEC, regardless of the number of registration and extra fees paid.
The fee for accompaining person is 500 PLN and includes:
- lunches and coffee breaks,
- half day trip,
- conference dinner.
Students or PhD students
The registration fee for students or PhD students is reduced to 1200 PLN and includes only one submission to MATEC. If one would like to submit two papers the full registration fee of 1600 PLN, together with the extra fee of 500 PLN, is necessary.
The reduced registration fee of 1200 PLN includes:
- presentation of exactly one article during DYNKON conference and submission of this article to MATEC Web of Conference (indexed by Web Of Science).
- participation in all scientific sessions of DYNKON 2019 and IPM 2019,
- lunches and coffee breaks.
The reduced registration fee of 1200 PLN does not include:
- conference materials,
- half-day trip,
- conference dinner,
- bus transfer from Rzeszów train station and Rzeszów-Jasionka airport to the conference venue (before the conference) and back (after the conference); the transfer will be possible only if there are free seats in a bus provided for regular participants
- accommodation,
- breakfasts.
Students and PhD student interested in the reduced fee of 1200 PLN should register as usual participants, contact the organizers by e-mail and send a copy of a document confirming being a student, PhD student or confirmation of PhD procedure initiation.
